quality render yet

For a smartphone that’s still weeks away from being launched, we sure have had plenty opportunities to check out Nokia’s Lumia 1520.

So far, those have included both leaked renders, as well as pictures of the hardware in the
flesh, and between those sources, they been revealing the handset in a number of color
options. Early on, we got to look at a red 1520 running some in-development software
and now that model returns our way, this time showing up in a new render.

Notably, this image is of significantly higher quality than the yellow 1520 render that
arrived last month, and looks more along the lines of what we’d expect for a render
that’s ready to go public. Beyond this red option, we’ve also seen the phone in yellow
and black, and though rumors have suggested that the phone will also be available
in white, we’ve only had the briefest of glimpses at what might be that model,
and only from the front – the so-called “white 1520″ that leaked a couple weeks back
is pretty clearly not, with its flash in the wrong place, lacking the 1520′s camera bulge,
and is likely a Lumia 929.

October 22 is just two weeks from next Tuesday, when we hope to see the full range
of Lumia 1520 color options go official, among all the other announcements waiting
for us at Lumia’s press event.
